TCA Secretariat and internal/external evaluation

Upon a common decision, the functions of the Transnational Co-operation Agreement Secretary was attended by the Associazione On the Road, the lead partner of the Italian DP, whose main tasks were: to take care of all formality request for the redaction of the TCA; to coordinate the activities foreseen requiring each partner's fulfilment of their obligation and commitments in the appropriate form and time; to watch over the sound exchange of working documents among partners; to watch over the ultimate aim of the transnational cooperation as a whole, counting on the support of the partners responsible of the activities to be carried out. Finally, the transnational partnership hired an external professional evaluator to assess the relevance, effectiveness and sustainability of the Headway activities.
